Original Tee Pad
Western NC Disc Golf Club requested a single install on Hole #1 to test and receive feedback from locals and touring professionals.
Prepping The Surface
Removal of previous materials. Rubber mats, nails, and carpet pads.
The surface of the wooden deck was cleaned, stripped of all nails, splinters, etc.
The base layer provides unique surface tensile strength and permeability to support the natural expansion/contraction cycles of the panels.
Panels Ready For Assembly
The base panels assembly quickly and with ease.
The "zipper pattern" ensures the panels are positioned correctly prior to turf application.
The base panels snap into place and provide a consistent and safe playing surface.
Panels Ready For Turf
Once secured, the panels are ready for turf applciation.
The custom turf is rolled out across the base panels.
Allowing the turf some time to acclimate to the environment ensures the base and turf's surface temperatures are the same.
Turf Ready To Be Secured
Once the turf is aligned and acclimated to the environment, it's time to attach it to the base.
Attach and Secure Turf
Using custom turf screws to prevent any unwanted movement and stretching, the turf is tightly wrapped around the base and secured.
Ready For Play!
Once assembled, the turf tee is immediately ready for play. No infill needed, no glue to dry, and no mess.
Consistent and safe surface for 7+ years.
